Upgrading To All Access

Can I upgrade from another Divi-Modules product to All Access (Lifetime)?
Yes. Any previously purchased Divi-Modules (Lifetime) product can be upgraded to All Access (Lifetime). To upgrade, login to your Divi-Modules Account, open the Licenses tab and find the product you wish to upgrade from, then select View Upgrades.
The price you pay will be the All Access (Lifetime) price minus the value of the product you are upgrading from at the All Access discount rate. For example, if you upgrade to All Access from Table Maker, the price you pay will be the All Access price ($507) minus the value of Table Maker at the All Access discount rate ($89 – 30% = $62.30). Therefore, the final price would be $444.70 ($507 – $62.30).
Can I upgrade from another Divi-Modules product to All Access (Annual)?
No. There are no upgrade paths available between a previously purchased Divi-Modules product and All Access (Annual). You can only upgrade a previously purchased Divi-Modules product to All Access (Lifetime). See above for details.
Can I upgrade from All Access (Annual) to All Access (Lifetime)?
Yes. You can upgrade from All Access (Annual) to All Access (Lifetime) at any time and just pay the difference in price. To upgrade, login to your Divi-Modules Account, open the Licenses tab and find your All Access (Annual) product, then select View Upgrades.

To find your All Access subscription details, login to your Divi-Modules Account and open the All Access tab. Here you will find all the details of your All Access subscription and your All Access license.
Where can I find my All Access license key?
To find your All Access license key, login to your Divi-Modules Account and open the Licenses tab. Here you will find all your Divi-Modules product licenses, including your All Access product license key.
Where can I find my All Access product downloads?
To find your All Access product downloads, login to your Divi-Modules Account and open the Downloads tab. Here you will find download links for your All Access products.

Managing Your Subscription
The following information applies only to All Access (Annual) subscription holders.

What is the 20% Renewal Discount?
All Access (Annual) subscribers receive an additional 20% off their annual subscription fee each time they renew their subscription. If your subscription exipres you have one month from the expiry date to renew your subscription and still receive 20% Renewal Discount.
Note: If your All Access subscription is expired for more than one month it will automatically be cancelled and you will loose the 20% Renewal Discount.
How can I manage my All Access payment details?
If you selected Credit Card as your payment method, you can update your details by logging in to your Divi-Modules Account, opening the All Access tab and selecting Update Payment Method from the Actions column.
If you selected PayPal as your payment method, you can update your details from your PayPal account.
How can I pause my All Access subscription?
An All Access subscription cannot be paused, only cancelled. See below for details.
How can I cancel my All Access subscription?
To cancel your All Access subscription, login to your Divi-Modules Account, open the All Access tab and select Cancel from the Actions column. You may cancel at any time before the subscription expires, but no refund will given.
Note: If you cancel your All Access subscription it cannot be renewed and you will loose the 20% Renewal Discount.
How can I renew my All Access subscription if it has expired?
Your All Access subscription should renew automatically. However, if your payment details are incorrect or have expired, your subscription may expire. If this happens, you will no longer be able to download All Access products or have access to product updates and customer support until you renew.
To renew an expired All Access subscription, login to your Divi-Modules Account, open the All Access tab and select Renew from the Actions column.
Note: If your All Access subscription is expired for more than one month it will automatically be cancelled and you will loose the 20% Renewal Discount.
How can I renew my All Access subscription if it has been cancelled?
An All Access subscription which has been cancelled cannot be renewed and will loose the 20% Renewal Discount. If you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of an All Access pass you will need to purchase a new subscription at the full price.
What’s the difference between my All Access subscription and license?
Your All Access subscription is the annual payment you make in order to have unlimited access to Divi-Modules products.
Your All Access license is the product license key you receive when you purchase an All Access subscription.
The All Access subscription and license each have an expiry date. The subscription and license expiry dates are usually the same, however, if you cancel your subscription, your license key will remain active until the license Expiration Date.
What happens if I renew my All Access subscription early?
If you renew your All Access subscription early, a new subscription will be created and your All Access license expiration date will be extended by one year on-top-of the remaining time left on the current subscription.
What happens if my All Access subscription expires?
Your All Access subscription should renew automatically. However, if your payment details are incorrect or have expired, your subscription may expire. If this happens, you will no longer be able to download All Access products or have access to product updates and customer support until you renew.
