Settings Section

Here you can adjust the temperature and max tokens settings for each request that you make to the AI. Default values for both these settings can be adjusted in the AuthorAI > ChatGPT tab in the WordPress Admin.

A) Temperature

Here you can control the randomness of the ChatGPT API response. Higher temperatures make the responses more diverse and creative but may sometimes be nonsensical. Lower temperatures make the responses more focused and deterministic but less imaginative.

B) Max Tokens

Here you can control the maximum length of the ChatGPT API response. Higher values allow for longer responses, lower values result in shorter ones. Tokens can represent a single character or a whole word, depending on the language and context. As a rough guide, 1 token is approximately 4 characters for English text.
