A) Logic

Here you select whether any or all of the rules should be true.

B) Operator

Here you select how the rule is evaluated. There are four options:

1. City is equal to…
2. City is not equal to…
3. City does contain…
4. City does not contain…

C) Value

Here you enter the city value.
